  1. As a renter, you have privileges. Though it is determined by where you stay, you generally have the right to reside in your space without pestering from your residence owner, the independence to demand 24-hours notice and authorization before your residence owner goes into your residence, and the anticipations that the residence and involved equipment will be managed to a particular standard. If you're a new renter or have questions about looking after for a lease residence, continue studying.
